The interface is no eye-candy and seems a little too simple at first, but, if you take a closer look, you will realize that it's practical and all the options are in order and easy to reach. Request Commander features three different windows, one being the main program interface, the second displaying a log with all the user requests and tickets and the third displays the new requests, questions and answers, each of them having a distinctive color, for being easier to follow.

Request Commander allows easy organizing of all the requests into different categories, according to their topics. Also, the user can create reminders at a certain time, for recalling an answer or anything else. Tickets can be easily answered using the log window. Also, the tree-view simplifies viewing and organizing requests.

It allows organizing requests and tickets in the easiest way possible. It also features a simple and practical interface that can be used even by beginners.

Cons:
The interface seems too simple and dull, it doesn't have support for skins and themes.
